B14 Unique apartment down town

The location was great and the apartment was nice. Room 10 has a weird configuration and the bathroom is outside versus in the actual room. But the biggest issue was communication. Maria was very hard to communicate with and did not respond in a timely or helpful manner.

Nice Apartment in Great Location, But Some Surprises

Location was great. Flat was perfect for a family of 10

The location was amazing & great for a large group of people. We ran into some major issues from the beginning. We never received any check in instructions & we had to contact the host only hours before we arrived (note we never received any check out instructions also). The major problem is that we realized that none of our doors locked - We felt this was a major security issue. After reaching out to the host, they were not understanding the issue, because from their end everything was working. They said they would send someone to fix it, in the meantime they were doing construction work in the building so all of our property in the unit was compromised. The door to the common area was eventually fixed, but the doors to the bedrooms was never fixed. The description on Vrbo for rooms 6-10 is outdated (it says it sleeps 18, but there are only beds for 16. Multiple rooms were missing supplies. These things, especially the doors should be a top priority of the host. There was also no trash removal instructions & breakfast cereal is provided but it was stale. Parking is difficult in the area if you rent a car, but there is plenty of public transportation & many things are wthin walking distance.
