Put your chair in the sand right at the water without having to fight for a space and being 3 umbrellas deep on the public beach access. Just minutes from either the popular Seaside or Rosemary Beach, our home is ideally situated for those who want both privacy and convenience. You will find local charm in the surrounding community, but our home provides modern, comfortable elegance. Home features Master suite with private balcony and oceanfront view, king sized bed, 2nd bedroom with private bath, king sized bed with 2 cozy bunks. Main level features open floor plan with additional oceanfront balcony, kitchen with quartz counter tops, and stainless appliances. Hardwood floors throughout with no carpet. Covered parking to keep your vehicle cool and out of the elements. No golf carts allowed on Walton Dunes grounds.

Clean and well maintained property right on the Gulf beachfront which is a private section of beach with access by only the dozen or so property condos.Condo: The condo was very clean and the linens and towels fresh, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings provided a pleasant beach house appeal without overdoing a nautical decor. The decks off both the living room and master bedroom were clean with new high top table and chairs along with standard size table and chairs (seating for 4 on both decks)Both bedrooms are nice size and the kids really liked the built in bunkbeds in the second bedroom.LOCATION: Perfectly located a short distance off 30A right on the water providing about as much privacy as one could hope for and still be very close to restaurants etc. The owner provides a beach umbrella and two chair setup by a private company that displayed excellent service while we were there. Private beach area !!! Entry restricted via fob operated electric gate. There is one property between our area and the park (no beach access) on one side and one larger property private beach between us and the public beach on the other. My point is there is nothing between your condo and the water except your beach chairs while looking in the distance either way are public beaches 10 rows deep. Jared, the owner is very helpful and super responsive ! Thank you for a super vacation experience!!!

Our stay at Walton Dunes was Amazing! Our unit was clean, cozy, beautiful views and convenient! The owner Jared was amazing and very accommodating. We couldn’t find the bunkbed rail so Jered went right out and picked one up for us. He was always available for questions and help if we needed something. We will for sure come back and pick the same unit to stay in!
