Shorely Blessed is a beautiful 30A oceanfront townhome retreat just off Scenic Hwy 30A in the Walton Dunes community! it sits directly on the Gulf with amazing water and sunset views! This community offers a private walkover to the PRIVATE beach that is usable by only owners & their guests. On the map, this community abuts Deer Lake State Park and its rare coastal dune lake. Your home has a balcony off the living room, as well as, the upstairs master bedroom that overlooks the ocean.

Shorely Blessed is all about the location! Such a perfect spot close to the action but far enough away to feel peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the private beach access and view from the patios. The unit is a little dated, but clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a family beach trip. We also appreciated the proximity to Bruno’s pizza and Old Florida Fish House - and our favorite ice cream at Pecan Jacks is now just down the road as well! The owner, Rachel, is wonderful to rent from as well - easily reached for questions and shared lots of recommendations! Would definitely rent from her again!

Best owner ever. We were coming with a packed car and didn’t have room for our beach chairs. We reached out to the owner about beach chairs, who stated the unit should have some, but then she also ordered brand new beach chairs that were waiting for us when we arrived. Prefect place, perfect location, and the perfect owner. Thank you!
