Welcome to "Mermaid Bay" your private waterfront heated pool home located in Bradenton Florida and the popular rental community of San Remo! This vacation home has something for everyone! The property is situated on the corner of the Palma Sola Bay with a boat dock large enough for a 24' boat. With no bridges to the bay by boat and just minutes away from the most popular beaches in the area, this updated pool home is the perfect destination point to enjoy everything the area has to offer!
Walking into the front door your eyes are instantly pulled to the cozy coastal decor of the home. The main living area has plenty of space for seating and everyone to gather around and play games and enjoy family time! The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals!
In this renovated kitchen, the chef is always in the center of things, with a large peninsula, a new cooktop, and all new appliances. The dining room accommodates a table for eight!
When heading outside this property offers tons of activities for everyone to enjoy! Whether its playing a fun game of "Marco, Polo" or cooling off in the pool, you can spend your entire day outside enjoying the amazing weather Florida has to offer! You can also relax on a chilly night by the fire pit! Do you enjoy fishing? Dock lights provided on the exterior that makes fishing off the back of the property a fun experience when enjoying the local fishery! There is also a dining set outside for dinners by the water or for quick snacks during fun at the pool. This pool faces west so it will be a great place to hang out at the end of the day and catch the beautiful sunsets that Florida has to offer.
Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed and a smart tv as well as an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen size bed as well as a twin bed and a smart tv and Bedroom 3 offers two twin sized beds as well as a twin trundle. A shared bathroom is located in this hallway as well with a stand-up shower.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable.
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great time and it served our needs and purpose. It is a great location for boaters and the pool is definitely a plus. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. I cannot stress this enough, bring bug repellent! It’s Florida, it’s on the canal, there’s mangroves, so there are mosquitoes
