50 m² welcoming and very bright house in Bretignolles-sur-Mer which has 2 bedrooms and a shower room and can accommodate up to 4 people. Bunk beds are suitable for children. It has a fenced garden, an 8 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue (opposite the neighbouring house), a television and an outdoor parking (for 2 cars) located on the house's grounds. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and ceramic hobs, a fridge and a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. You also have a washing machine.
