Beautiful, spacious, completely renovated home in the popular Indian Beach/Sapphire Shores neighborhood. Walk a few blocks to watch the sunset over the water or launch kayaks. Perfect location to enjoy all that Sarasota has to offer. A mile to downtown. About a mile to The Ringling Museum. Less than a mile to the Performing Arts Center. Just over the bridge to St. Armands and Lido Beach. A few more miles to the beautiful Siesta Key Beach. 5 minutes to Sarasota Airport. Easy access to everything!

These owners are model landlords. They kept the property in fine shape and were quick to address the few problems that arose during our ten weeks stay. Nice kitchen, fine appliances throughout the house and in a very convenient, walkable, quiet neighborhood less than five minutes from Indian beach and Sarasota Bay. The property has a great enclosed backyard with a nice patio and dinner space with an outdoor roof over it. We will stay there again!

The house is nicely furnished and very clean.The neighborhood is quiet with close proximity to the main highway and within 10 minutes to the airport. We enjoyed walking the nearby trail and many attractions and restaurants within a short drive.

We drove down from Philadelphia with a stop over in Savannah. We soaked up the sun for 3 full days, visited the newly open American legion post 273 in Madeira went to a couple of baseball games. Karen was amazing. There place is very sheik, clean, great chefs kitchen, outside areas in front and back were perfect for after dinner. Spacious bathrooms with huge walk in showers. Location is very close to downtown Sarasota. Thank you for such a beautiful place and great location. We had a great time!
