Quietly located in the countryside, 10 minutes by car from the city center of Aix en Pce, and 5 minutes from the village of Les Milles and its shops.
Pleasant first floor of villa with swimming pool and petanque court.
We welcome motorcyclists, mountain bikers, we can lend you pump equipment...
The accommodation consists of:
A veranda
Living room equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer)
3 bedrooms (one of which is upstairs)
Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron
Secure entrance by gate.
The swimming pool is open from 01 May to 31 October with alarm and under the responsibility of the parents, to be shared with the owners who live on the first floor of the house. Also the garden and the parking are to be shared.
No noise from 10 p.m.
No parties
Check-in from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Check-out before 11 a.m.
Upstairs Owner
Bed linen, towels and cleaning not included to be paid on site upon arrival.
Deposit to be provided 400 Euros upon arrival as well as a photocopy of your identity document. Pets not allowed.

Owners live upstairs but wee inobtrusive. Great pool. Close to Aix & shopping ok

Poor check in procedure. Property not where shown on Google maps. Lots of houses off various tracks are 2105. No key code given for gate ahead of arrival. Nothing to stay Abritrel outside gate, only Gite and a v small Pat and Dom label on one of the many intercoms at gate. Google maps has since been amended and labelled as Pat and Dom.
Cobwebs, food splashes on tiles behind cooker.
Lovely veranda and pool area.
