Located in a quiet area on the edge of the forest, this comfortable and spacious detached house, renovated in 2023, is approximately 125 m² and sleeps 8. It includes a living/dining room (wood stove not permitted), a fitted kitchen equipped with new appliances, a bedroom with two 80 cm beds (can be combined to form 160 cm beds) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed with a projection screen for a tablet/computer, a bathroom with a toilet, a sleeping area with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Washing machine, 3 hair dryers, tumble dryer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, freezer, television, free fiber optic Wi-Fi, electric vehicle charging point. Enclosed garden/courtyard. Garden furniture with 2 deckchairs, 3 sun loungers, and a barbecue. Private parking on the property for 3 vehicles with a dedicated electrical outlet for electric vehicle charging. Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed. A cleaning fee of €200 is available.
