Enjoy the large, open floor plan on the main level, designed for family gatherings and entertaining! You'll enjoy movie nights on the large 70" flat screen Smart TV with DVD player and surround sound. Great room has Fireplace for those cozy evenings. We offer a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs and small appliances including a Keurig. There are two eating areas, a huge dining room that seats 8 comfortably and a wrap around bar that seats 4.
After a sun filled day at the beach, come back and relax on our large screened porch and deck. Enjoy the beauty of the 4th fairway and green of the Ocean Point Golf Course while enjoying the sounds of the ocean and watching the beautiful wildlife with you favorite beverage.
Grill your favorite meals on a large stainless grill provided while getting ready to enjoy the evening by the gas Fire Pit.
On the main floor, you'll find a large Master bedroom, with a king bed with new Saatva memory foam mattress. Large walk-in closet. The Master bath is outfitted with a large walk-in Tile shower and a jetted whirlpool tub with 2 vanities. Master has private covered porch with Rocking Chairs. Large Flat screen smart TV with DVD player.
The upstairs offer two large bedrooms, each with its own attached large bathroom with double vanities and large walk in showers. The bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players. The whale room has a queen bed with new Serta boxspring and mattress with a private open large sundeck while you enjoy sunning or star gazing. The front Sailboat bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with a twin window and a Circlehead above for great views. The sailboat room has a queen bed with new Serta box spring and mattress and a flat screen TV with DVD player. It also has a Twin bed and twin trundle. Private bathroom with 2 vanities and a Tub/shower combination.
Amenity cards are available to purchase. They are included as a option with this rental at a cost of $50 per person per week for anyone 13 years and older during Memorial Day to Labor Day. After Labor Day to Memorial Day they are $35 for 4 night stay or more. Cards are not required for children under 13. If you stay is longer than 1 week the cost of the cards will be adjusted to accommodate your stay. Card cost will be paid directly to owner once quantity and cost are settled.
**** If amenity cards are needed please note that Fripp Island Resort will charge a 12.8% resort fee. This fee will be for the base price of cost per night on your reservation. The amenity cards price will not change but the calculated amount is for base per night charge on this reservation** This additional amount will be collected by the owner of the property at the time of collecting the amenity card charges.****
Included in the rental is a 4 seat golf cart. Details will be provided in your rental documents. Golf carts are the preferred transportation on the island. There are plenty of Beach chairs, beach towels, wave boards and a variety of bikes for your island pleasure. Outdoor private shower and plenty of outside games like Corn hole, ladder ball, bocce ball.
The Amenity cards are required for any of the Fripp Resort facilities, Restaurants, food court, camp Fripp, pools, food trucks or just to enjoy an Ice Cream or Starbucks coffee. The island boast 7 swimming pools, Tennis Courts, Racquetball, workout facility, and 2 Championship golf courses all of which require amenities cards.
Large 2 car garage- entire lower level of house is enclosed and concrete for parking, storage and indoor games
High speed internet is provided. Lots of TV channels to choose from with DVD player in each room.
There will be a 500.00 refundable damage fee for each confirmed booking.

Our family of five—yes, our kids are fully grown—recently enjoyed an incredible week at Jim and Deedee’s place on Fripp Island. What made the trip truly special was their heartfelt hospitality. From the seamless check-in to the detailed island guide they shared, every recommendation—restaurants, beach access points, hidden wildlife spots, and the most inviting pools—was spot-on.Our adult children spent their days soaking up the sun on the pristine beach, splashing in both the family pool and the adults-only pool, and savoring morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the porch overlooking the serene surroundings. We shared laughter-filled evenings around the gas-fire pit, engaged in friendly board games, and took leisurely golf-cart rides through deer- and turtle-populated trails. We even caught glimpses of dolphins offshore!From sunrise beach walks to happy-hour toasts after a day of exploration, each moment contributed to a treasure trove of family memories. Jim and Deedee’s warm encouragement to explore—paired with their island-savvy tips—made everything feel effortless and enriching.If you're searching for a vacation that masterfully blends thoughtful hospitality, laid-back island charm, and quality family time—whether poolside or beachside—this is the one. Jim was helpful in every way possible. His response was very quick. The home was perfect with a beautiful view of the golf course. We loved the way it was back off of the road enough for privacy. Very spacious Will definitely come back

This home exceeded our expectations! We have stayed at many rental homes and this one by far is our favorite. It felt like we were at home with all the things we needed and then some. The house is beyond beautiful! We had everything we needed to cook meals. The view from the dining room table and deck was amazing. Can’t wait to book another trip!

We had a wonderful stay in the very spacious accommodations, where there was plenty of room to relax and enjoy our 4th of July at Fripp. The house was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. We really enjoyed eating dinner every night outside on the screened-in porch. Would totally stay there again!
