About this house rental
Step into this beautiful beachfront home and get ready for the vacation of your dreams. Overlooking the Atlantic, the large, screened porch and open decks offer great views and cool ocean breezes.
The open concept living area includes a comfortable living room with plenty of seating, and a large dining area with room for the whole family to enjoy “home-cooked” meals. Additional seating can be found at the kitchen island. And the kitchen has everything you need to create quick snacks for the beach or a special occasion dinner.
This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has room for up to 10 guests. The King primary ensuite has deck access and overlooks the dunes and ocean. Another guest room offers water views with a queen and twin. Bedroom #3 is another king ensuite and bedroom #4 has 2 full beds.
Great for family outdoor fun. Inside this comfortably and beautifully designed home you’ll find books and games; there’s something for everyone.
The beach access/boardwalk is located just one house over and you can reach it from both the front of the house or off the back deck. It’s approximately a 0.30 mile walk to the beach.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
A golf cart is included with your stay and is a great way to get to all the island amenities and tootle around enjoying the wildlife and natural beauty on Fripp Island. Club cards are available and are used to enjoy Resort pools, dining, tennis, and golf. Kids will love the Activity Center and Camp Fripp during the summer.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities, and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
Pets - allowed
If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

This is a great family house. Clean and comfortable. The back porch was just heaven, especially in the mornings. Everything we needed was provided on the property. Great kitchen set up that was well stocked for making meals at home. Angie, the property manager, was very responsive. We'd love to come back here and stay again.
