This stunning, upscale home boasts modern coastal decor and offers spectacular oceanfront views, along with 50′ of dockage on a canal for direct open water access.
Enjoy breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views from three large balconies, or take in the scenery through floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the ocean right to you. This custom-built home offers 2,600 sq ft of elegant coastal living, including a second-floor master suite with a private oceanfront veranda.
The main floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, plus 1 King bedroom and a full bath. The upper level includes:
Master suite (King) with ensuite
Queen bedroom
Twin bedroom
Shared full bathroom
The home includes 5 TVs (4 indoor + 1 outdoor) and a DVD player.
On the ground level, enjoy a large covered outdoor space with a summer kitchen (gas grill) and comfortable lounge area overlooking the private pool/swim spa with waterfall. The pool measures 12’ x 30’ (5 ft deep) and is surrounded by ample seating for dining, relaxing, and sunbathing.

Paddles & life jackets

Washer & dryer

* Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.
* Security cameras around the exterior of the home and records both video and audio.
*Pool heat is available for $300 per week (plus tax) and $42.86 per additional day (plus tax). Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Requests made within 24 hours of check-in or after arrival are subject to an additional $75 activation fee (plus tax) and no refunds will be issued if a specific temperature is not reached.
*3.9% Cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations.
* No Pets Allowed
*Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.
* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.
*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.
*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.

First, I want to acknowledge how amazing Bert and the team from KeysCations was. Not only was he super responsive, but when there was VRBO miscommunication- he honored what was advertised. While this property is on the ocean it is not directly on a beach. If you have a boat or rent a boat you will love this space. We loved the location, enjoyed the heated pool and used the kayaks daily. Easy access to Sombrero Beach, Seven Mile Bridge and an hour to Key West. The highlights of our trip were enjoying a space large enough to accommodate three teens and 4 adults, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and almost daily visits from the manatees. I will say that Bert and his team provided an amazing guide book and we will have to come back again to continue to experience this beautiful area! Thank you to the KeysCations team!
