It includes a living room with a sitting area and fireplace, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed opening onto a terrace and garden, a bedroom with a 90 cm bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140 cm bed with a private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi. Refrigerator with freezer compartment and 3 gas burners with an electric hob. Covered patio with wooden deck and garden furniture, barbecue, and deckchairs. Garage for bicycle storage. Private parking in front of the gate. No pets allowed. Cleaning service available: €108. Optional services not included, to be reserved 1 month prior to arrival and subject to availability:

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Passage du Gois. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbâtre and La Guérinière, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
Enjoy the Aquatic Park with your family. You can also relax on our beautiful sandy beaches, take long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And, if you want to get off the island and spend a day in one of the big cities in France, Nantes is 1 hour away.
