The Space:
Private Gated pool and river for guest access, there is no lifeguard on duty so please swim at your own risk. (Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation is accurate so we provide enough wristbands for your stay.)

Self check-in with smart lock
The Neighborhood:
Short walk to Schlitterbahn and nearby restaurants
Getting Around:
You can easily walk to some restaurants that are nearby or bring a car and travel to the heart of New Braunfels
Other Things to Note:
There are 2 parking passes hanging on the coat hanger behind the front door. It must be IN your windshield and vehicle has to be parked in the allotted spot (or a blank one) or they will tow you to San Antonio. There are wristbands in the bowl as soon as you walk in the condo. These are for you to wear while by the pool, at the river, or in the park area. Security comes by and checks them often. Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation is accurate so we provide enough wristbands for your stay.
No pets allowed. Service animals are always welcome with the correct documentation.

We had a great time. Hosts really thought of the little things that you need. Walk to the pool and river is close! Everything was comfortable and cozy.

We took our kids for a quick get away. The condo was clean and we felt we had everything needed. Security was noticeable during the day. Night time became very loud as if our neighbors partying in their own balcony were literally in our bedroom. No one slept at all our first night. Communication with our management team did the trick and we did not hear or see from them until the last day. We would stay again. Pool and go tub very clean, grounds kept well. Owner gave correct details in descriptions.
