Georgetown Gem 💎

Clean property, everything worked well. Property rules for simple, clear, and easy to follow. A little dish soap and a scouring pad in the kitchen would have been appreciated, but there were ample pods for the dishwasher, so that was a good solution. Love the back patio.

The house was just as it was listed. Very clean and Justin was very easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again!

The front door did not close tightly, allowing daylight to shine through, and only one basic lock with the metal strike plate missing for the deadbolt. There was no secondary interior deadbolt lock. The stair treads had protruding nails that snagged our grandchildren’s socks—our two-year-old actually became stuck on the stairs because her foot couldn’t come free. The appliances were newer but the oven didn't work properly from the start.
