About this house rental
Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 120 m² house with mountain views and swimming pool in Montélimar, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofa...
- A dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private swimming pool (9mx4m), fitted with an alarm, unfenced, unheated and open all year round.
- 800 m² of enclosed grounds
- A 30 m² sheltered terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 20 m² terrace accessible from the 2 bedrooms
The house is ideally located in Montélimar, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Montélimar, 10-minute walk
- Nearest airport: Valence Chabeuil airport, about 39 minutes by car
Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels included, mattress topper available

- The accommodation has unprotected staircases requiring particular vigilance with young children.

The house had a spacious living area opening to a large garden and a pool. The area was quiet but a reasonable walk to the centre of Montelimar along footpaths that were variable in quality. The house was reasonably well equipped but had a few shortcomings - wine glasses and cooking utensils and weak WiFi. The Drome area featured numerous hill top villages and we particularly enjoyed Valences.
