Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved our stay at this beautiful townhouse in the heart of Steamboat. The location was perfect! Walking distance to the Wildhorse Gondola, and a short drive to town for shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to a washer/dryer. We especially enjoyed the outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, and game. The beds were incredibly comfortable, including the twin XL bunks, and the patio fireplace made evenings cozy. This property truly has all the comforts of home plus the luxury of resort-style amenities. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic and spacious home, located close to the gondola and hot tubs! The vacasa shuttle was super convenient for getting to town. Loved the garage door between the kitchen and outdoor dining table/grill. Comfortably fit 11 adults.

Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the gondola that takes to to the base of steamboat. Very spacious and great amenities.
