Recent villa with sea view, direct access to Jullouville beach, 500m from the town centre and its shops. It consists of a living room with sea view, an open kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), a bedroom with a 160 double bed, private bathroom.
Upstairs: three bedrooms with sea view with a 140 double bed, two of which have a balcony, one with 2 single beds of 90, a bedroom with a 140 bed and two shower rooms.
