Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3rd year staying here and it’s the best! Location is Perfect! So close to everything. The property is so family friendly it’s awesome! Will be back next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wee perfectly located on the Sandpiper property. steps away from a practice putting green, the main pool and hot tub. A short walk away from the beach and the harbor right across from us. The condo was in good condition. Master bed very comfortable. Bedroom #2 beds were for younger children. Mine were in their 20's so not a comfortable sleep for them. Everything else in great condition. You can see that a lot of work has been put into the upkeep of the Sandpiper property over the last year. Well done! We appreciated the upkeep, as we have been coming for 20+ years

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would recommend Sandpiper Cove, but not this particular unit. The location of this unit is great, but it is in need of work. Numerous lights did not work, the back door did not lock, and in general, the place was quite run down compared to other units we have stayed in at Sandpiper.
