Gateway Grand 213 is a direct oceanfront unit in a deluxe oceanfront building on 48th street with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. This decorator furnished 4BR, 3BA condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation with spectacular views from the wrap around balcony. This unit includes a beautiful living and dining area, well stocked kitchen (with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker), hair dryers, full size clothes steamer, laundry room and WIFI. Bed sizes include 1 King with a twin convertible ottoman in the primary bedroom, 1 queen in the second bedroom, 1 queen in bedroom 3 and 2 singles in bedroom 4 to accommodate your family of up to ten. Storage locker includes 2 beach umbrellas, 8 beach chairs and a beach cart. As an added perk, the owner provides a personal luggage cart to be used during guest's stay - it is stored in the condo's laundry room and must be returned upon departure or a $200 charge will be incurred.
Please note that guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days and rents Saturday to Saturday all season. Garage clearance is 7 feet.

Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Overall, the condo and building are beautiful! Right on the beach with amazing views. Nice location when it comes to restaurants and shops. One of the negatives are the keys/fobs needed to get into the property, pool, storage area, etc. This is a 4 bedroom so it would've been nice to get 4 keys/fobs. The storage unit for beach gear is also not ideal. There are steps to get from that to the beach, so if you have a wagon or cart, you have to drag it up or down steps. You aren't allowed to take any beach gear through the lobby.
