This house is a little rough around the edges. Missing light bulbs, interior trim that could use some paint, house doesnt have address numbers on it, noisy shower pipes, a lock box that gave a couple of us fits and a back patio with some high weeds growing through it. All of this could be taken care of for under 100 and a few hours of work. The good though, this is a house that cools quickly, and everything was VERY clean. The price was right all things considered.
