About this house rental
Amazing 5 BR, 4.5 bath, 3 floor home. Sleeps 13.
( max 8 adults) This beautiful house is located in popular Pea Hill Creek in private cove. Screened porch with deck.
Patio with fire pit with decked walkway leading to boat dock with ladder and sundeck.
Most rooms have lake view. 5 smart enabled tv's and internet included.
2 Kayaks, corn hole and pingpong!

Walking into the Main floor you have a large living area with fireplace, ceiling fan, large flatscreen tv that leads to a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. Off to the right is a convenient half bath that leads to the King Master suite with private full bath. This Main floor master suite also boast a beautiful Lakeview and a door straight to the balcony. Back to the left is the kitchen area with a very cute dining nook. This leads into the screened in porch and balcony as well. (All with lake views) Heading upstairs to the 3 Queen Bedrooms. Two of them are bedrooms with private baths and lake views. The third one was a living space turned into queen bed sleep area with futon and desk workspace and a curtain for privacy. Going to the lower level, there is another living area with a ping pong table, shuffleboard and darts. Wet bar area with pub table! This lower living area takes you out to A charming patio with 2 picnic tables and fire pit. There is a lovely decked pathway to the boat dock. The is a washed/dryer room with an extra fridge. On the left is another bedroom with full bath. There is a King bed and a twin over-Queen bunk with lake view, and a door to the patio.
The boat dock has a ladder for swimming and sun deck. Two kayaks for your use. There is boat parking available on the side of the dock. No jumping off Sun Deck!

**Title:** Ideal Lake Gaston Retreat – 5 Stars
**Review:**
We stayed at this Lake Gaston home with our college-age sons and a few of their friends, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of eight. The house provided the perfect balance between spaces for us to be together as a group or enjoy some quiet time separately. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the lake for wake surfing and some intense tubing.
We arrived during a tropical storm, but the house and its game room gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company for a rainy day. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms were spacious and clean, and the screened-in porch area was a favorite spot for everyone. The neighbors were super friendly, full of great local tips, and made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be looking to book again in the future!

To start, we asked about an amenity that we were looking for in searching for a vacation rental. The owner went above and beyond and accommodated our need. This act of kindness made us know we had to book this rental.
The home had everything we needed for the week. We loved the open floorplan of the main floor and the seclusion of the other rooms for the kids to play and have a good time. The privacy and quietness of the cove made us feel at home. We spent most of our time on the dock swimming, kayaking and fishing. Being at the back of the cove made it nice for kids to play in the water and away from all the wake of the lake. Fishing was good for the kids at the dock and around the cove. Out on the boat the marina was close for fuel and snacks.
We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house. The comfort and amenities were awesome and the communication with the owner and management were great. I was even messaged a few days into our stay ensuring we were having a good stay and offering assistance if needed. It was nice of them asking instead of just renting the house and forgetting us. We will defintely consider thjs house again and recommend it to everyone. Thanks for a great stay and helping us make memories.

This house was wonderful for our stay - each of the three ‘adult’ bedrooms has its own full bath and the kids were extremely happy with the downstairs bunk room and bath (as well as the ping pong table!). A lot of time was also spent in the screened in porch and S’mores were made in the fire pit which has a nice seating area around it. The boathouse and dock were great spots as well. The dock sits on a nice secluded cove but access to the main lake is only a short pontoon boat drive away, making it the best of both worlds. We had an issue with the county not picking up the trash for two days after scheduled pickup and the property manager was reliable, responsive, easy to get ahold of and took care of the issue. Highly recommend!!
