The apartment was clean and well kept. The bathroom can lack privacy with glass walls. Communication with staff was terrible. I tried emailing a few times before my stay, but could not get anyone to email me back. Had to pay international fees and call office directly only to find their after hour number wasnt working. Once we got into the apartment we were told we had to pay an extra charge per person that was not paid for already. I dont like surprises and this felt "shady".
