Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of Barcelona’s elegant Eixample neighborhood, located on the iconic Calle Enric Granados. This modern, thoughtfully furnished apartment offers everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay — whether you're visiting for work, vacation, or a bit of both.
Situated in a historic Catalan building, the apartment is designed with warmth and simplicity in mind, combining the charm of traditional architecture with contemporary comforts.
Please note that a full renovation is currently taking place in one of the apartments in the building next door, approximately until the end of March 2026. Work hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Lovely Comfortable apartment. Lots of space with balcony in the front and back. Only negative is street noise (vehicles) in the front bedroom. Back bedroom very quiet.

This lovely, spacious apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Eixample. The location is amazing, and we were able to walk to so many different neighborhoods from this as home base. The beautiful neighborhood of Eixample has tons of restaurants and shops, and yet the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend staying here.

Luxury apartment with very nice furnishings. Perfect location with balconies overlooking the busy plaza below. Definitely recommend.

Property was very clean and in a perfect location for walking. Also a common intersection for taxi if wanted. The little washing machine was enough for our needs. Access codes worked as they should. There is a market 100M away as well as bakery and many shops and restaurants. 5/5
