Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). Air conditioner in the living room. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen with dinette and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Balatonberény. The holiday house is located on a 500 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, bushes, and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Also on the property is BAL BER 056 (4 people). Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) in carport.
