About this house rental
I rent in a beautiful holiday home in Balatonbereny in southwestern Balaton (15km from Keszthely) a 100sqm ground floor apartment with covered terrace year-round, as well as heated for 4-6 people, with pool, air conditioning, 600m lake, sauna in the garden , Trampoline, deck chairs, children's swing, parking on the premises, .WiFi, TV. Bathroom with tub and shower plus guest toilet. It is, as I said, the ground floor of a house with two apartments. The apartments are of course completely separate and can be reached via a common entrance. Of course, the house is completely equipped with mosquito repellent.
Beautiful quiet resort with a beautiful and child-friendly beach and in 2km also nude beach. In the village and the neighboring villages there is catering for everyone's taste.
The house is in mint condition with high quality equipment. Washing machine, bedding, kitchen, two bedrooms. Can be bedded with double sofa bed in the living room, and cot. Bicycle rental possibly possible. Barbecues possible. Keszthely 15km, Heviz 20km, Zalakaros 25km. Small Balaton 20km
A holiday for families and people who do not want to party all the time on vacation. Minimum booking 7 days. One time € 50 for final cleaning and linen. Sauna use per day 10 €. Sauna towel rental per piece 1 €.
Very suitable also in winter for people who are looking for peace and relaxation. Very good also suitable as a residential base for a spa trip Heviz, Zalakaros and other thermal baths. Also in the time of the grape harvest and Christmas / New Year's Eve is gladly booked.
For stays out of season and longer stays, we will gladly make you an offer.
If you are more than 6 people, you can also rent the upper floor (up to 6 people) if available. Should not be possible for this house times, we have another object with two houses in the same equipment and quality in the same place. Just ask.

Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist in top gepflegtem Zustand und bestens ausgestattet. Die Vermieter haben an alles gedacht, um den Gästen einen komfortablen und erholsamen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Besondere Pluspunkte waren die guten Matratzen, der (notwendige) Mückenschutz am ganzen Haus und der große Garten mit Pool und Sauna!
Ein weiteres Highlight war die tolle Betreuung durch den Verwalter vor Ort. Kompetent und superfreundlich war er jederzeit erreichbar und hat sogar via Telefon aus seinem Kurzurlaub ein Problem mit der Heizung für uns gelöst! Seine herzliche Art war das Sahnehäubchen für unseren Aufenthalt.
Das Haus liegt in absolut ruhiger Wohngegend und trotzdem ist der See in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
Einen Kritikpunkt haben wir allerdings doch: Es werden zwei Trekkingräder zur Vermietung angeboten, von denen das Damenrad einen nicht fachgerecht montierten Sattel hat. Gäste sollten deshalb aus Sicherheitsgründen auf die neuwertigen Klappräder ausweichen.
Unser Fazit: Wer Ruhe sucht, einen schönen Garten und freundliche Nachbarn zu schätzen weiß, der ist in diesem Haus bestens aufgehoben. Wir würden bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt wieder hier buchen!
