Overall very good. Afew minor problems the most serious was the discovery of 2 wasp nests. All issues were corrected within a few hours. The pool could have had a little heat.

The house was cute. Smaller than I expected. The master shower was tiny and new mattresses are needed in a couple of bedroom, as well as a full size fridge in the man cave downstairs. The house was advertised as having bicycles for riding but the 2 bikes chained to poles downstairs were not in working condition and we were not given a key to unlock them. We also did not have access to the room downstairs for the first 24 hours. I was also disappointed with the proximity of the house to actual beach access. I also feel that the house was overpriced after having stayed there. Although we had a nice beach week I would not rent this particular house again.

We spent a week at First Wife's House. As the other reviews stated, it could use some renovations and deep cleaning, but for what we paid, it was great. The beds aren't all that comfy, but usable. The master shower leaks terribly and the screen on the back porch is nearly impossible to shut properly. However, we enjoyed our stay. Great location!
