KD1401- Charming 2 BR oceanfront condo that has breathtaking ocean views.

Very clean and nice and quiet place to stay just all the stairs was a little rough on my older mother but they do have a luggage lift thank the lord

It was an interesting condo. The bedding was absolutely disgusting. We ended up buying new to put on. It looked like it had not been washed in months. There were ants everywhere and bugs. It was ok. We enjoyed ourselves but probably would not stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We enjoyed our vacation overall, but there were several things that kept the experience from being as comfortable as it could have been.The biggest issue was cleanliness. The apartment could really use a deep cleaning. The air vents were very dirty, and there was a significant ant problem in the kitchen. We even found ants in some of our food bags, which was very disappointing.The kitchen could also be better organized. There were three coffee makers and three toasters, which seemed unnecessary and took up valuable space. Since the apartment is small, the extra furniture makes it feel cramped. Removing the dresser, small desk, and white cabinet would create more room for six guests. Organizing and clearing out the closets would also provide much-needed storage space.We appreciated the extra pillows, but two of the three comforters had an unpleasant smell and should be washed. We paid for the linen service, but the sheets and some of the towels were very thin. I recommend bringing your own if possible.A larger TV in the family room would also be a nice upgrade.On the positive side, the showers were excellent, and the hot water was amazing. All six of us were able to shower after the beach without any issues.Overall, we enjoyed our stay because the location is wonderful, but the apartment felt crowded, was sometimes too warm, and would greatly benefit from a deep cleaning, better organization, and a few updates. The view is good but other apartments are better since this is a corner. You can't see the sunrise.
