House was beautiful spacious and all and all clean . Make sure you go buy toilet paper and paper towels right away house only comes with what you see we stayed a week and while I understand we will not get a weeks worth there was only 1 roll each bathroom big house lots of peopel also no pool towels we had to buy some small things all in all the stay was great and the house is great .

Beautiful home! Perfect for our family of 12. Beach is so close. Just a street away. Property managers were right there if we needed anything. I would HIGHLY recommend this property. It was a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren.

The house was in a great location and had a nice layout, but there were a lot of things to be disappointed about. They don’t provide a lot of basic things. This is a 14 bed house. We rented it for four nights. They gave us exactly four rolls of toilet paper—just one in each bathroom. They might not have even been full rolls. We were given two back up trash bags (but make sure you take all the trash out.) There were two “hotel style” coffee packages, but the machine was a k-cu0 and not compatible—so no coffee. No beach or pool towels. The pool was pretty dirty. I fished a beer can out when we arrived and there was a lot of black dirt and sand in it too. The floors looked cleans but turned out feet pretty black, and one of the bedroom door knobs fell off immediately. The closet in that room didn’t even have a door knob. The people in that room had no privacy. Overall, Harris Properties seems pretty interested in nickel and dining you. I think all my other house rental experience have been from a mom and pop situation. That’s much better than this corporate experience who didn’t really seem to care after they booked you.
