This beautiful ground level home features two bedrooms, two well appointed bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, living, dining space and a generously sized front enclosed patio.



This newly updated unit with a fresh, airy feel has cool grey and white furnishings with an open concept living area make beach living easy. The sliding doors open up to the front patio where you can enjoy a slow morning or evening sunset!



Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Parking is 1 carport spot behind the garage. Enjoy all that Newport Beach living has to offer in this modern, coastal home.

- This is a duplex/shared property. This listing is for the lower unit only.

- Must be 26 or older to book and stay on property through out the entire stay.

- 10 pm noise curfew ordinance strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police

- Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.

- No parties or gatherings.

- We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

Great house and around the corner to the beach, can’t get much closer. Easy walk to restaurants and shops down the street. Probably the best feature is the car port actually fits my truck that is lifted. I have never found a house in the past that fit my truck and always had to go look for a spot on the street, which is very challenging.

Loved this home. Stylish and cozy sitting area and property. Very clean and nicely appointed. It is so nice to walk to the beach and explore! Wish we could have been accommodated by property management as requested in plenty of time even if only an hour or 2 as we were in a pinch to get to a rehearsal dinner. :(
