1302 Island Club is located in the oceanfront Atlantis Building.
This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Ocean Villa is situated on the third floor of the Atlantis Building within the Oceanfront Island Club Gated Community. Recently completely renovated and ready for you to make memories. Guests of 1302 Island Club can look forward to oceanfront views and inspiring sunrises from their private balcony.
The ocean view living room features comfortable updated furnishings, TV, and ample seating on the private oceanfront balcony. The open floor plan includes a dining area that seats 6, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer for guest use.
The oceanfront master suite is furnished with a king bed. Private bath with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom, you will find a queen and a twin bed, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.
Beach access is easy via the Beach Path, which is accessible by following the sidewalk to the front of the Atlantis Building.
During your stay, enjoy the beach, relax by one of the 3 terraced pools, splash with the little ones in the zero entry baby pool with mushroom fountain, or take advantage of 1 hour per day of free tennis at any of the 9 tennis courts. Additional onsite amenities include a large lagoon for catch and release fishing, a playground, basketball courts, onsite bike rentals, and a fitness center.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathrooms. Great and comfortable kitchen with all needed appliances. Absolutely loved our stay and will be going back next year. If I only had to change one thing it would be to have darker blackout shades in the front bedroom so babies could sleep with less light coming in through the window. Otherwise, it was perfect and flawless.

The community had a nice pool (it got very crowded though), easy access to the beach and very clean condo. They provided beach toys and towels. Not very communicative though, I messaged as soon as we arrived and they never got back to me. It's close to lots of restaurants, mini golf, grocery stores and shopping.

This condo is so nice! Perfect location, super clean with an amazing kitchen. There is a small view of the ocean off the deck and you can hear the crashing waves. Only draw back was checking in the exact location of the condo was confusing because we had not been to this condo and the code for the door wasn’t provided on VRBO and I was lucky enough to notice the sticker on the door of the rental company which I called to get entry. We had attempted to email to get an early entry but didn’t get a response. Other than that, the condo was amazing! I will say the door to the balcony from the master should lock and didn’t, but I know HHI is very safe so I didn’t worry too much. Info on how the tv worked would be nice too.
