~ Luxuriate in Private Marquis Hot Tub with Stunning Ocean View ~ accommodates 5-6 people.
~ Beds: Pillow-Top King in Master Suite, Pillow-Top King in second Bedroom, Micro Suede Sleeper Sofa (Queen 100% memory foam mattress) in Living Room, and Memory Foam Twin Futon in Master Suite
~ Provided: All linens including cotton bed linens, Down comforters on each Pillow-top King bed and Queen Memory Foam sleeper sofa, cotton bath and kitchen towels, and a starter supply of paper products.
~ Accommodating your dog friends (2 maximum) with a dog basket with towels, plastic bags for refuse, and food and water bowls. If you plan to leave your dog unattended, please only do so if you plan to bring a dog crate to house them in while you are gone. A flat rate $100.00 pet fee applies.

Overall the experience and property were great. it was definitely close to beach access, The only drawback was the jets in the main bath were not working, but the host called prior to check in to let us know, so the communication was great. and the Hot Tub definitely made up for it. We will surely recommend this rental to our friends and family.

Very comfortable and well appointed house — beds are great, kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the hot tub is great! Beach access is just a block or so away. Would definitely stay again!

This property is comfortable and has a beautiful view. The beach is a short walk away and is very long. We enjoyed long walks on the beach. The house was as listed. Unfortunately on our first of two nights the smoke alarm went off at 3am and again at 5am with no fire. The next day (I waited to call till a reasonable time as the alarm went off on its own) the property maintenance staff were very responsive and determined that a power outage caused the alarm to go off. There was no storm or any other clear reason for the outage, but that seemed the only reasonable explanation. They did their best to address the situation and it did not happen again during our stay, but there was no fixing interrupted sleep. In addition, the power outage knocked out the hot tub such that is never reached full temperature for the rest of our stay.For a two night stay, this greatly impacted us. I hope the owners can ensure consistent power so that this doesn’t happen again.
