About this house rental
Look no further than this perfect 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with an open concept floor plan. This fabulous beach house is warm and inviting and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. There is a wrap around deck and fenced yard for optimal family fun playing badminton and corn hole! With modern furnishings, you will find everything you need to enjoy your dreamy beach vacation! Enjoy incredible sunsets and ocean views from the living room, kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms. The deeded neighborhood beach access is just a 3 minute walk from the SeaView. Bayshore Beach stretches for miles from north of the Alsea River all the way into Seal Rock and beyond. This is a fairly private beach for a game of Frisbee, building shelters out of driftwood and searching for agates and sand dollars.
Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times.
Sleeps up to 8- 4 bedrooms: 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 sleeper sofas, 2 baths
Vehicles: Licensed for 4 (strictly enforced) No boats, trailers or RV's per HOA rules.
Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

The kitchen was well equipped. Except no spices which isn't a big deal. But most of the other houses we stayed at had some kind of spices. Pet friendly. I think the couches didn't get vacummed.Otherwise everything was good.

Easy check-in. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Comfortable home and layout for our family of 8.

All was good except for the multiple stairs. Every one of us,8 including 2 daytime only family, ages 82, 77, 76, 65, 55, 50, 34, and 29, tripped and fell because there were no markings on the step down from dining to living room and there are no handrails at all. Other than that the venue was perfect.

Overall, everything was very good. We had two guest that were mobility impaired: used canes. We would of wished for a few more handrails. The cooks in the group were very happy with the kitchen and the amount of cooking utensils available. The kids loved the short walk to the beach. The view was great. The corn hole game also got a workout. The space was perfect for our group.
