House in San Vito Lo Capo
Reasons to book
About this house rental
In fact, it’s right on the waterfront in front of the public beach—you just have to cross the street to reach the sea!
The Space
The area is quiet. The apartment is close to amenities but far enough away from the busiest spots during the evening hours.
On the San Vito waterfront in the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), just a stone’s throw from all amenities (supermarket, church, bars, restaurants, bank), you’ll be able to forget about your car until the day you leave!
Furthermore, its close proximity to the sea and the house’s orientation keep it very cool, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful sea breeze every evening.
Guest Access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves.
Other things to keep in mind
San Vito Lo Capo is a charming little village whose population increases more than tenfold in the summer. As a result, the local government is not always able to meet the demand for water and has opted to provide running water only during certain hours of the day.
To address this municipal service disruption, the house is equipped with a large water tank that stores enough water for a comfortable summer stay for six people. We ask that you use it responsibly, however, and avoid unnecessary waste.
In San Vito Lo Capo, residents are required to sort their household waste for recycling.
Additionally, the municipality of San Vito charges a tourist tax of €2.00 per day per person (ages 10 and older). This amount must be paid in cash by the guest upon key pickup at arrival and is not included in the rental fee paid through Airbnb. Upon key pickup, you must also pay €15.00 per person in cash for linens and €100.00 for final cleaning.
Upon your arrival or in the days leading up to it, you will be asked via email to send me a photo of your identification documents or, alternatively, the information I need to register my guests with the relevant authorities.
