The location was a great advantage to the property. Easy access to the city and easy access to the beach.
Air conditioning of the property was limited to one unit at the top of the stairs. This limited cooling abilities to the bedrooms.

בית גדול ומרווח, מיקום מעולה, לא פגשנו את בעל הבית אבל הוא היה זמין בוואטסאפ. מרפסת קדמית נעימה, ציוד לים (שמשיה/כסא חוף)
הבית לא חדש אז מי שאוהב עיצוב מודרני שלא יתאכזב, בעייני יש בזה קסם. המזגן בקומה העליונה במסדרון ולא בכל חדר, לנו זה לא הפריע.

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht für einen schonen Aufenthalt. Es bietet sehr viel Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefuhlt. Es ist nur ein Katzensprung bis zum Meer. Wir wurden jederzeit wieder kommen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.
Die Elektrik ist etwas veraltet und es waren sehr vjele Ameisen. Ich hoffe der Eigentumer kriegt das in den Griff.

La posizione della struttura.
La casa è datata e avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione. Gli arredi sono datati e il patio esterno lasciato ad uno stato di semi abbandono. Ha un potenziale incredibile ma purtroppo non sfruttato.
