* Please be aware that this is a non-smoking resort. Anyone caught smoking anywhere on the property will face eviction and loss of rent and deposit

we have been to Splash resort a few times. We really enjoyed the condo as it had everything you would need plus some with an awesome view of the beach from the balcony. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Weather didnt cooperate for our trip as the beach water was shut down all 5 days due to double red flag posting and lots of rain.

Room and owner were great. Elevators for building seem old, slow, and wore out. Elevators even quit while we were there, so I would recommend a condo on one of the lower floors. This room is on the 4th floor so not too bad for stairs.
