Our new beautifully decorated townhome is a short walk to the beach and offers 1120 sq. feet and stories of comfortable beach living. We have recently updated the townhome with crown molding and new paint throughout. Thank you for your consideration and we hope to see you at the beach soon.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy the spacious living room, patio, dinning area, kitchen, half bath and washer/dryer.
The living room:
-comfortable seating for 5 including a large sleeper sofa and 2 recliners
-large, flat screen smart HDTV with Xfinity cable and DVD player
-sliding glass doors to covered patio with table and chairs
-ceiling fan
The dining area:
-large table with comfortable seating for 6
-3 kitchen barstools
The fully stocked kitchen:
-dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and regular drip coffee maker

Nice, clean condo well equipped in the kitchen. The only thing I would recommend is turning a pool heater on earlier in the season although I know it’s beyond your control specifically.

Check in process is horrible. The office is only open M-F so we had a huge issue trying to get a parking pass. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. Used makeup wipes were left in 1 of the bathrooms so it definitely wasnt gone thru and cleaned. The stove seems older and the inside wasnt cleaned and the eyes were nasty. Location was nice and the main pool was great. Both beds were comfortable.

Communication was great. Condo was clean & had everything we needed. Close to the pools & beach which was a big plus. Also was pet friendly which is a must for us. We had a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!
