- There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.

- The resort allows maximum of 3 cars.
- Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
- 3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.

If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Great place tucked away in quiet area but still accessible to major attractions. Bonus of being close to groceries, medical, and gas station. Getting in touch with someone was very quick and prompt to help answer questions and to help situate a situation with the dryer. Outdoor pool was awesome as well as the pool table and other activities. But most importantly the ability to bring the fur babies on this trip was the cherry on top. Thank you for allowing us to make memories with all family members. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook in the future.

House worked great for our family and was convenient to the parks! Traffic at the gate for the community was a bit challenging on Saturday and the Friday before we left (assuming due to check-ins) but had no issues at other times. Great stay!

The property was in a good location. It would have been nice to have a few extras on property like a small cooler and beach towels. It was very minimally stocked. That being said, we were comfortable with a party of nine people. The property is easily walkable to the clubhouse, which was a nice facility (it did fill up fast in the afternoon and there are times you can’t get in, but the wait was short). The pool with the house was definitely a selling point for us!
