It was recently renovated and the beds were very comfortable. The view is amazing. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins almost every day. There's always something to look at when watching the ocean. The patio furniture was nice. Only downside, the couch is very uncomfortable and the dining room table is very wobbly. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

We have been renting through Travis and Island Rentals of Hilton Head for years and he has also been our property manager in the past. This year we decided to try South Beach area. The location was awesome with the beach and large pool right there and pool walking distance to the Tiki Bar, restaurants and shops. Villa was very nice and well equipped with everything one would need. Highly recommend Island Rentals of Hilton Head and this villa.

An older condo that needs an update, from toilets that wouldn’t flush to showers that you couldn’t turn the cold water on. Hot tub in the complex features jets that don’t push any water.
They do their best to keep everything clean and looking good, it’s just old.
