Yes. We loved the unit, but the showers were in tubs, and they were difficult to get in and out of. They need to have grab bars in both. I fell in the master shower. Not a good thing.

We stayed at this condo for a week & it was perfect! The host was very attentive & accommodating. The pool area was very clean, it would be better if they provided umbrellas & added some plants. I will definitely go back!

Reviewer Comments:
SMP 208 is an older unit that needs a good cleaning. The surfaces of the counters, bed linens, and floors seemed clean enough, but the stove, dishwasher, fridge, walls, baseboards, etc are filthy. Additionally, one of the toilets was completely soiled and disgusting. I feel like Legacy might have sent someone to clean it if we had requested, but my mom cleaned it without saying anything until later in our stay. It is worth noting to future visitors that our unit was only somewhat clean upon arrival. The beds are the mattresses that come in a box, so you are sleeping on one large piece of foam that sinks under your weight. They are not uncomfortable, and if you lay in the same position all night, they are fine. If you get up or roll over, you need to work your way out of the sunken place that you previously made. This condo is somewhat accessible for those with disabilities, which is why we chose it. There are no steps on the walk to the beach until you get to the sandy side of the walkway, and there's only 3 small, manageable steps there. There are handheld shower heads. Summer Place is a nice property, that is close to Stewby's and AJs, but it needs some love. Beach access is great.
