Location was great!! Wonderful views of water & sound of the waves. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms. Host was very helpful & quick to respond. The new RFID wristbands are much nicer to use. You can take them off when you weren’t using them especially when out sightseeing. Kitchen was set up with plenty of pots & pans. More than enough utensils for a big family. We would run the dishwasher each day. Living room set up was great. Slight bummer 1 King size bed was not as comfy. Probably time to replace, depends on your soft/form preference. Thankfully we had plenty of other bed choices to use which were great. Nice to have 1 kids room to shut the door for younger kids earlier bed time vs a hallway bunk bed. This was our 2 time staying at waterscape. All the amenities are wonderful. We went in April 1 medium size pool was heated.

This resort was wonderful with beautiful pools and easy access to the beach. We liked being on the ground floor, where the kids could play in the yard. Beds were comfortable and plenty of them. Kitchen well stocked. We plan to be back!

This condo was perfect for our trip, we did not go without anything and even had a few things that we weren't expecting making our trip even better.

We know that he facilities at Waterscape are getting older but it is sad to see that so much of the maintenance has been left undone. Many of the lights are out all over the facility creating some safety issues. Also the pools were not nearly as clean as in past years. We have stayed at Waterscape several times and in several different rooms and this seems to be the most disappointing. We may find a different place to go next year.
