Enjoy a private outdoor space with a spacious 40 m² open terrace, a lounge area with seating for up to 8 people, and a gas barbecue area with a covered countertop and sink. There is also an outdoor shower. A unique feature is the wine cellar, built in a former water cistern with a hidden entrance for you to discover.
