The country house "Finca Carrillo" is located in the picturesque countryside of Arico, in southeast Tenerife, and is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing family holiday near the sea. The 160 m² holiday home features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, fireplace, cable TV, cot and high chair (both available on request). The spacious private outdoor area offers covered and open terraces with seating, ideal for starting your day with coffee in the sun or enjoying evening barbecues. The pool area, surrounded by trees and greenery, invites you to take a refreshing dip or relax on the sun loungers. From the outdoor spaces, you can enjoy views of the bay and the surrounding hills and mountains.
Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are just a 5-minute drive (2 km) away in Arico Viejo, and a pharmacy is 15 minutes away by car (4.5 km). The nearest sandy beaches with crystal-clear water are in Porís de Abona, 8.5 km or 14 minutes by car from the house. A golf course is 26 minutes away (31 km), the popular Siam amusement park can be reached in 35 minutes (43 km), and the area also offers many scenic hiking and cycling routes. The "Pico del Teide" volcano is 90 minutes away by car (75 km), and Tenerife South Airport is 30 minutes away (30 km).

Such a beautiful home set in the hillside overlooking the terraces of Arico Viejo with a sea view. Located only a half hour north of Tenerife South Airport, this tranquil location away from resorts was just what we needed. We visited in early January with sun most days and temperatures 22C/70F, and watched the sun rise over the ocean and set in the mountains behind the house. The owners were attentive, kind, and very helpful. Be sure to rent a small car with a good clutch, the hills are a challenge to climb, but once you are used to it you’ll be fine, it’s the price of tranquility! We will definitely return, we had a wonderful time.
