Additional Information
- During the winter period of 1 November to 31 March, the swimming pool
will be out of service. -The heating system in the villa is included in
the price. The municipality of Sicili has implemented a tourist tax.The
tax amount is set at 1,5 Euros per person, per night, for 7
consequential nights . Children under 12 years of age are exempt from
this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Such a lovely villa. It was in a quiet neighbourhood, the grounds are well maintained. The WiFi was a little temperamental. The kitchen very well equipped. Pool well maintained by Gianluca who was also incredibly helpful and nice. Beach a short drive away. You definitely need a car to get around.
