Take advantage of the elevator carrying you to each story of the home. A full size washer and dryer closet is offered for your convenience. The main television is 85 inches. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The first level of the home offers a king bedroom with a double entry shower bathroom. On the second level are two king suites with en suite bathrooms (one with a shower/bath combo and the other with a deep jetted tub and separate walk-in shower). Each suite has its own balcony and walk-in closet. The third level offers a full bath with tub/shower combo shared by a private king bedroom with closet and an open loft with 4 twin beds. All bedrooms offer TVs for your late night entertainment.
OUTDOOR LIVING...
This is a boater's dream home consisting of a private dockage (can fit a boat up to 30 ft long) and deep water access! Luxuriate around your private pool (that is heated during the cooler months) and watch the fishing fleets return with their fresh catch!

There are 2 parking spots in the driveway.
***Boat trailers may NOT be parked on the property. You can make arrangements with nearby marinas for trailer parking. Garrison Bight Marina is right next door, or the City Marina @ Garrison Bight is just 1/2 mile away!

This home allows 1 dog only and a pet fee is required. Please include the size/breed when inquiring.
CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Overall a great place to hold our family reunion especially since it had an elevator for my son in a wheelchair & elderly father. Beautiful views & spacious kitchen & living room. Host was very attentive to our needs especially when the elevator stopped working & the stove circuit needed to be reset. Super comfortable beds & lots of fans for staying cool. Pool was refreshing after being out in the sun all day. Construction on the deck next store was on and off loud but we spent most days outside so not too much of a bother. Only recommendation is to get a new couch or refill the cushions as it was very uncomfortable & difficult to get in and out of due to the lowness to the ground. We all had a lot of fun here together!

We rented Seventh Heaven for a weekend to get married. The house was perfect for our needs! Spacious enough for us and our 9 guests. Clean, comfortable, and plenty of the accessories of our own homes and then some! Location was very good as well!

This trip was my dream!!! I turned 60 and had several considerations to make before booking. This property met and surpassed all those considerations! The pool was perfectly heated, the view of the water was off all the levels and was exactly what we desired, the kitchen was well served even for the chef we hired to cook, the property was clean upon our arrival, and finally the free concierge service Best of Keywest that Wendy Zintsmaster Team referred to my party can’t be beat! Thank You All for everything you assisted me with to make my dream come true!!
