This condo is sure to please the whole family while on vacation. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit is found on the second floor in Heritage Crossing. When you enter this condo you'll be greeted with welcoming decor.
The living area has a great plush sectional sofa with plentiful pillows to make sure you're comfortable while you're lounging after the day's adventures. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV will be a great source of entertainment if you want to stay current on your favorite shows when you're not home. Have your meals whether they be cooked by you or take out around the breakfast bar with seating for 4. There are double French doors that open up to a private balcony with great views and a table with seats for 4 for you to enjoy a refreshing drink while contemplating what you've got planned for the next day.
Get a good night's sleep in the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a garden tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 full-sized beds and neutral decor that'll satisfy everyone's tastes.

Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

We have stayed at Reunion Resort numerous times and absolutely love the property and all that it has to offer.
This was our first time staying at this particular property and it definitely wasn't our favorite stay.
Let's start with the positives though!
Location was great. It is just off the main entrance which makes getting in and out very easy. Also very close to one of the pools which was really nice. The layout of the home works very well when traveling with family. The building itself was relatively quiet. Having the elevator access was great when loading and unloading our suitcases and bags. plenty of parking too. It is just off the main road so the back of the property was pretty load with road noise but didnt disrupt our stay.
Unfortunately the condo itself needed a little work. The kitchen floor, bar stools, area under bar stools, and couch were all completely covered in food crumbs. I had to sweep as soon as we got there. The cleanliness was the biggest issue for us...seeing food etc on the floor makes you question how well other things were cleaned like sheets and towels. The stools were also stained in several spots.
The rest of the issues we had were just minor upkeep issues...seems to be a small leak in the fridge because the top shelf was always wet, the garbage disposal didnt work, a broken fan knob in one of the guest bedrooms...nothing we even bothered to call about because we didnt spend a ton of time at the room. Just minor issues.
Will definitely return to Reunion again in the future but wont return to this particular property.
