Gather together and relax in the spacious open concept living area. Sit back on the plush couches and watch a favorite TV show. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for making delicious family meals together. Dine at one of the 3 kitchen barstools or step out onto the beautiful 3rd-floor balcony and take in the breathtaking views of the Arnold Palmer Golf Course from the outdoor dining table with seating for 4 guests. Your favorite mouse has been incorporated into many fun details throughout the condo. How many can you find?
After a day filled with adventures and sightseeing, come home to three comfortable bedrooms. The master suite features a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with a garden tub. The master also has its own private balcony and Golden Tee Classic arcade. Kids are sure to enjoy their exciting themed bedroom where they never have to grow up! They will have their choice of beds in the unique custom-built twin/twin bunk beds x2. The third bedroom is galaxy-inspired with a queen-sized bed and features a Star Wars Atari arcade.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Close to the theme parks, very clean and comfortable. If I had a question they got right back to us. It was nice having security going thru at night, helps you feel safe in an unfamiliar area. Would definitely go back!

This property is exactly as described. It was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of 6. It was an ideal location to the community pool and hot tub.

The pictures were exactly as you see them but unfortunately this property had slightly more cons than pros. You only get a one hour window to check in. We got stuck in traffic from Tampa and in our 3 day trip we had to come back early the next morning to check in again.
