Please note: The booking period is always Saturday to Saturday, meaning the apartment can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday (7, 14, 21, or 28 days); however, you may arrive on Sunday or depart early, but the booking period is always 7 days.
There are several beaches in the immediate vicinity (accessible on foot, by bike, or by car).
Our building has two vacation apartments on the first floor. Both apartments are nearly identical. Each apartment is approximately 60 m² in size and features a large bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a modern shower room, and a large balcony measuring approximately 15 m².
The spacious kitchen-living room includes a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer, large dishwasher, a ceramic-top stove with oven, toaster, and coffee maker), a dining table with four chairs, a sleeper sofa, and a large 102-cm flat-screen TV.
The large bedroom features a double bed, a five-year-old wardrobe, a children’s bed, and a crib. A changing table is also provided.
The renovated bathroom features a modern glass shower.
The entire apartment has underfloor heating. There are blinds on the windows. The skylights have blackout blinds.
Since June 2025, there has been a fiber-optic connection and Wi-Fi access.
Depending on the season, the large balcony features a large wooden table with four wooden chairs and a parasol. Cushions are provided.
There is also a charcoal grill and a sun lounger.
You can reach the sandy beach either on foot or by bike along a path through the fields (approx. 700 m), or by car to the parking lot at Nordstrand.
The approximately 9 km long sandy beach at Schaabe can be reached by bike or by car.
