About this villa rental
7525 Yacht Club is new to the vacation rental market for spring 2025! This 2nd level flat offers guests luxury vacationing with all the comforts of home and unparalleled harbor views.
The property has an open-concept floor plan with oversized windows offering views of the pool and water beyond from almost every area of the property. The newly furnished living area offers plush furniture, a Smart TV and an electric fireplace.
The dining area seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen features stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, marble counters and plenty of cabinet space.
The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and access to the balcony shared with the living area. The ensuite has a spacious, tiled walk-in shower and two sink areas.
The first guest bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, desk area and views of the pool and harbor. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV. Guests will have the option of two separate guest bathroom areas, one with a tub/shower combination and one with a walk-in shower.
Guests staying at Yacht Club have access to a community pool. Enjoy easy access to all the shops, restaurants and water sport activities of Shelter Cove Marina- all within steps of your front door! Guests also have access to Palmetto Dunes and access to the Dunes Buggy Shuttle which runs seasonally.
Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premier beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
