About this house rental

Yellow Springs is a welcoming community to all races, cultures, sexual orientations. This is a comfortable, clean, old-fashioned home (quintessential YS), two blocks from downtown. It is a lived in home at the times guests are not visiting. The neighborhood is pleasant, quiet and safe.
A separate small family apartment is attached to the house similar to a duplex. Soundproofing between units maintains privacy. Please no loud partying or loud music. The cozy bedroom features a very comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Enjoy the pleasant bathroom with a relaxing bathtub and hair dryer. This property also offers WiFi, heating, iron, and AC for your convenience. I'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Very impressed with this home and very pleased with the location. Within walking distance of the entire downtown of Yellow Springs. Very comfortable bed and living area. This property is just a few blocks from restaurant and shops. The home is cozy with plenty of books and games if rain intrudes on your trip. The host allowed us to set the thermostat at our comfort level, which is a real plus since most hosts have a hands off policy. We would stay again.
