The outdooor area is awesome! It would have been nicer if the weather was a little cooler. Owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

We were going to Orlando to attend our nephew's graduation from UCF. So needed something nearby, that allowed pets, and within budget. This place checked all the boxes. Communication with host was stellar. Extremely responsive. Answered all questions I had prior to the trip and regularly checked in during our stay. The only minor issue that arose is after I was given the code to the property, wasn't given clearer instructions on where to enter. When you pull up to the address, you are met with a rather unassuming house. However, on either side are gates that lead to two different rentals in the back of the property. Since I wasn't clear on where I should enter, I picked a side and opened the door with the code and discovered another couple taking a nap. After clearing up the confusion, walked to the other side of the house and found where we booked. Apparently codes worked on both doors, which is something that should be changed. But after that awkwardness, it was time to enjoy the space. Very much a "tiny house" aesthetic or a "quiet luxury efficiency" vibe. Everything seemed brand new (in fact, several items still had factory stickers on them) and very clean. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the a/c works like a champ. The star of the show is the backyard. We spent most of our meals on the covered back deck. And our dog absolutely loved running around on the astroturf. Plenty of room to play. Would recommend and stay at again if back in the area.
